Job Purpose
As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling our educational programs to potential customers. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer satisfaction and tailoring through the sales process. You will actively seek out new prospects, build relationships, and guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Your ability to understand customer needs, effectively communicate product benefits, and build rapport will be crucial in achieving success in this role.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Planning
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities for customers to be contacted to reach the maximum profitable relationship to achieve and exceed sales targets required.
- Maintain the efficiency of data used monthly to reach the maximum conversion rate out of it.
Executing
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives then introduce products or services and generate interest.
- Identify current sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
- Identify potential customers through data and referrals.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements.
- Present and demonstrate products or services effectively, emphasizing their value and benefits.
- Tailor sales presentations to address specific customer needs and pain points.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information to customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and handle objections persuasively.
- Utilize persuasion techniques when necessary to close sales.
- Handle customer phone calls and emails in a polite, professional, and prompt manner.
- Behave respectfully and professionally to reinforce and elevate the business reputation and brand.
- Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities based on potential.
- Manage and update customer information, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems. State the customers on the right stage on CRM and apply the pipeline data validation process based on stages.
- Enroll students as an application on admission.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
Monitoring
Organize daily working process through dashboards used to identify opportunities and strategies that will be used to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Organizing
- Develop a robust sales forecasting process to accurately predict future sales performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and progress towards targets.
Developing
- Stay up to date with the industry situation and benchmarks
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide customers with the best, most accurate information possible
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.
