Associate Faculty

An experienced General Manager with a demonstrated track record and stable performance in MNCs in the pharma industry. Skilled in strategic management, leadership, P&L management, mergers and acquisitions, project management, and strategic marketing, Hehold a DBA in organizational leadership from the International Business Academy of Switzerland 2021 and the International Business School of Scandinavia, Denmark 2020. I also completed an executive coaching diploma from ESCP Paris in 2017.

He previously completed an MBA in strategic marketing from AAGSB Cairo and a Marketing diploma from the British Council of Egypt. Currently the country manager for Viatris Saudi Arabia, He is  leading a full-fledge commercial organization with full responsibility for P&L.

Prof. Mohamed Samy Tawfik El-Deep

Dr. Mohamed is an Associate Professor and Head of the Accounting Department at Modern Sciences and Arts University (MSA) in Cairo. 

He received his Bachelor’s, MSc, and PhD in Accounting from Cairo University. He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in financial, auditing, governmental, and cost accounting. 

Dr. Mohamed is a member of the Egyptian Society of Accountants and Auditors (ESAA), and is a Chartered accountant in the Ministry of Finance register.

Dr Eldeeb has extensive practical experience in training and consulting in accounting and taxation.

Dr. Mariam El Qady

Dr. Basma El-Gabry is a dedicated advocate for business administration and a firm believer in the pursuit of excellence. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to advancing her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Dr. Basma El-Gabry has been actively contributing to education since October 2019. As a lecturer and instructor in Marketing Management, Sales & Promotions, and Consumer Behavior, she plays a pivotal role in shaping future business leaders.

Dr. Mina ElOkdah

Mina G. ElOkdah is a highly accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in
talent management, training and development, and organizational leadership. His career began in sales
and retail management, where he honed his interpersonal and leadership skills.
Transitioning into Human Resources, Mina excelled in creating and implementing HR policies,
procedures, and systems. He has extensive experience in training, designing, and delivering innovative
training programs in collaboration with senior leadership. These programs focused on enhancing soft
skills and customer service excellence. He leveraged data analytics to tailor training approaches,
significantly improving training outcomes and employee performance metrics. Mina also worked as an
executive trainer, closely collaborating with senior management to develop and implement effective
training programs focusing on improving customer service and enhancing employee soft skills. He

Dr. Amgad Fahmy is a consultant & professor of marketing, Arab academy for science, trade &
maritime transport, “AAST” since 2011, after finishing his master’s degree from the academy
major marketing, in 2009.
Amgad also joined RITI as marketing instructor in 2014 with facilitation for many marketing
branches as marketing principles, strategies, and research.
At 2020 Amgad joined the Mass com. Faculty Miser International University “MIU” as a part
time lecturer for IMC department, teaching advertising management & Online PR.

Dr. Ahmed Rageh Ismail

Dr. Ahmed Rageh Ismail is an Associate Professor of Marketing and Management at the Othman Yeop Abdullah Graduate of Business, Universiti Utara Malaysia. He started him academic career in 2002 where he worked as a teaching assistant at the school of management in Cairo University. He received his PhD in management studies (marketing) from the Brunel Business School (BBS)- Brunel University – West London – United Kingdom in 2010. He worked in many universities around the world, such as London School of Economics, Curtin University, Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (EJUST). Among the administrative positions he held was Head of Marketing Department at School of Business – Curtin University – Miri Campus, The Director of MBA program at (EJUST) and currently he is the director of Master of Business Management (MBM) program at OYAGSB – UUMKL. the His main research and teaching interests fall into areas such as innovation and entrepreneurship, cross-cultural marketing, consumer psychology, value and ethics. He was a TEDx speaker eight times and an international judge in institutional competitions in the Emirates, England, America, and Germany.

He is a lecturer for the master’s program at several universities, a creative writing and journalism trainer, a development and social responsibility consultant, and a recipient of the Brand Ambassador Award in the Emirate of Sharjah for the year 2018 from Al-Leem Center. mass communication teaching marketing for credit hours division. He worked also as a business
science instructor at the American university of science in Vietnam, teaching marketing subjects

in 2016 and has been sold online in the Gulf area and the middle east as well as the participation

Dr. Joseph is a certified trainer from multiple organizations globally. His learning journey began by obtaining an MBA in 2017. 

Now he is about to finish his DBA degree in career management.

    This unit aims to develop learners’ a practical introduction to digital and social media technologies (such as Twitter, Facebook, connected devices – the internet of things and affiliate networks) and their application within marketing. The module examines the key characteristics of digital and social media, and identifies the theoretical underpinnings such as issues of trust and customer engagement together with trends and usage patterns to provide a framework through which to understand and evaluate them. In addition, the module examines the legal and ethical considerations that marketing in a digital world raises.
